History

Corner Cocktails was started in 1978 by Mike Walsh and his 8 children. The bar was to be reflective of the Walsh Family's Irish heritage and be a laid back sports bar with reasonable drink prices and a fun atmosphere. Mike's son Patrick tirelessly runs the joint now with the help of his sister Cathleen Ralston and longtime friend Buc Geier.

We've got a smoker's patio, Golden Tee, Silver Strike Bowling, Darts and Free Shuffleboard!

Annual Corner Events include a huge St. Patrick's Day bash and birthday parties for Frank Sinatra (December 12th) and Babe Ruth (Feb 6th)! The 2007 Babe Ruth celebration earned an article in the New York Times!

We are located in Waldo on the Northeast corner of 85th and Wornall in the Santa Fe Shopping Center.
